SDC District Central is delighted to introduce you to the secrets of textile dyeing with dye plants from La Prairie Louvain. This year, La Prairie Louvain takes on the air of a wild prairie, with a vibrant array of plants and flowers! This year, it pays tribute to the local community and its history by growing plants selected for their textile properties, highlighting both its manufacturing history and know-how, and the presence today of an innovative hub for the fashion and textile industry.
In this workshop, create your own dyed Furoshiki! Learn fascinating techniques such as shibori and tiedye, and leave with your own unique work. An educational and creative experience for all nature and textile lovers.
