Your Personal Manifesto Fashion that protects the planet. Show your convictions. Dive into a world where jewelry becomes activism, heritage and art.
Discover Asymmetric by Design - a circular, bold and committed jewelry house, proudly certified, designed and made in Quebec. Pioneering a new vision of fashion, founder Tonya Dickenson creates one-of-a-kind wearable manifestos from vintage, antique and recycled treasures amassed over 45 years of world travel. Each piece is measured bead by bead, with a certificate indicating the grams of carbon avoided and liters of water saved. Designed in Montreal and made with the know-how of immigrant craftswomen, her creations redefine what it means to create in this day and age. A finalist at Montreal Fashion Week (MMODE) in 2023 and 2024, named to the World's Top 50 Women in Sustainability, one of Quebec's 25 Emerging Entrepreneurs (2025), and a Canada Council certified artist, Tonya demonstrates that fashion can be a force for good - combining beauty, responsibility and activism. đ Highlights from this circular exhibition * Our North Star - Standing up for what's right, no matter the storm * The Inclusion Collection - Celebrating diversity and a sense of belonging * Breaking the Glass Ceiling - Honoring pioneering women and their enduring strength * Peace Beads - Quiet activism for peace, Come meet the artist and discover a collection that proves jewelry can speak louder than words - a revolution built bead by bead.
