On the occasion of Montreal Fashion Week, Vestechpro, Centre for Apparel Research and Innovation, gives the floor to 5 fashion designers who are committed to a more sustainable and responsible fashion.
How can designers integrate more eco-responsible practices into their activities? What stages of the life cycle of their products did the designers at the round table choose to work on in particular? What perspectives and challenges can we foresee for the future of ecoresponsible fashion in Quebec?
These are some of the topics that will be discussed during our round table on the theme of "Montreal, an eco-responsible fashion city".
The 5 fashion designers who will be speaking have all taken the Create differently, develop eco-responsible clothing course, offered by Vestechpro from April to July 2022 thanks to the financial support of the City of Montreal:
