Loüable is a non-place where experimental, multidisciplinary practices—characterized by a profound artistic approach—can exist outside institutional frameworks.
It invites artists to break down the barriers between their creative processes—from concept to presentation—by contextualizing their works in a space that blends studio, gallery, and showroom, located in Saint-Henri at 3550 St-Jacques. The RAW EDGE fashion residency showcases the raw side of the creative process—on the cusp of completion—by inviting artists from various disciplines to interpret this tension through fashion, design, and performance.
For ten days, Loüable will be transformed into a shared studio, hosting about ten artists selected to create on-site, exchange ideas, and experiment together. The residency will culminate in a closing event open to the public on Wednesday, September 23, starting at 5 p.m., celebrating the works produced and highlighting the creative process, the artists’ approaches, and the project’s philosophy.
